Copywriter, native English-speaker - Marketing

LEAPWORK robots are used by Global2000 companies in test automation, RPA, and systems monitoring across the world and in all industries, from banks and insurance companies to life science, government, and aerospace.

As we're experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for a Copywriter who will have a vital role in producing creative marketing collateral and content. The role will be an integral part of our Marketing Team, and you will refer directly to our Head of Marketing.

Why is this job for you?

Your primary responsibility will be to write copy that resonates with our buyer personas in alignment with our brand promise. You will be a subject matter expert on our brand and product.

Everyday tasks include:

  • Ensure engaging and coherent storytelling to strengthen our brand's global position.
  • Produce texts for marketing and sales collateral across channels.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to help turning complex, high-tech ideas into concise and engaging communications in accordance with our tone of voice. 
  • Proofreading and copy editing of content and marketing materials.

Who are you?

You're a skilled writer with a commercial mindset and strong sense of what makes and breaks great marketing communications. What gets you out of bed in the morning is an ambition of delivering strong business results in a global, fast-paced environment. Professional requirements include:

  • Excellent, native - or close to native - written and verbal English skills
  • You have experience with enterprise-grade copy-writing for B2B customer journeys, ideally from the worlds of software or tech.
  • You have experience with digital, persona-based marketing, including inbound strategies. 
  • You have an excellent eye for copy-editing and spotting any inconsistencies in style and tone across marketing content. 

Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

  • Are experienced with purpose-driven marketing design from an agency
  • Know how to work with HubSpot COS - or another marketing/CMS platform.

What's most important is that you can present a portfolio that proves your ability to turn ideas into effective communications.
