Digital Marketing Manager

As we're experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for an Digital Marketing Manager who will play a vital role in executing data-driven marketing initiatives and campaigns to support demand generation, lead conversion, and sales enablement. The role will be an integral part of our Marketing Team, and you will refer directly to our Head of Marketing.

Why is this job for you?

Your primary responsibilities will be to make sure that our content and marketing assets are distributed across channels to drive more traffic and to convert visitors to leads.

Everyday tasks include:

  • Demand and lead generation in the channels assigned to you, incl. email, social media, and paid advertising 
  • Engaging influencers and communities relevant for our target audiences and ensuring growth in the number of back-links to our website
  • Working closely with Sales to build a successful, sustainable pipeline
  • Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Creating monthly reports of activities, performance, and recommendations
  • Conducting customer, competitor, and product research

Who are you?

You're a skilled marketeer who can take ownership of projects and do your part to make sure they are executed. What gets you out of bed in the morning is an ambition of delivering strong business results in a global, fast-paced environment. Professional requirements include:

  • Extensive experience with inbound marketing and lead generation
  • Experience with enterprise B2B customer journeys, ideally from the worlds of software or tech
  • Strong project management skills

Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

  • Have hands-on experience with HTML/CSS
  • Are experienced with purpose-driven marketing design from an agency
  • Know how to work with HubSpot COS - or another marketing/CMS platform
