Scrum Master - Development

MINSK, BELARUS

As we're experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for a Scrum Master who will have a vital role in creating an agile development organization in Minsk. The role will be an integral part of our Development Team in Minsk, and you will refer directly to our Product Delivery Director in Copenhagen.

Why is this job for you?

As a Scrum Master for two squads of highly qualified developers and testers, you will play important role in ensuring adoption of the agile way of working inspired by Spotify’s engineering culture. The most common tasks are expected to be:

  • Supporting the two squads by facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Making sure that our squads live by the values and practices of the agile way of working
  • Doing anything possible to help the squads perform at their highest level
  • Helping squads removing any impediments to progress
  • Working with the Product Owner in Copenhagen to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint

You are expected to work primarily from LEAPWORK’s office in Minsk, but you should expect a few working days in Copenhagen.

Who are you?

You're a servant-leader who always strive to improve the way of working. The perfect candidate will have following professional qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Be experienced with Jira and Confluence
  • Be experienced with product development
  • Be completely fluent in business-level written and verbal English
  • Be experienced with working in a fast-paced, global environment
