As we're experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for a Scrum Master who will have a vital role in creating an agile development organization in Minsk. The role will be an integral part of our Development Team in Minsk, and you will refer directly to our Product Delivery Director in Copenhagen.
As a Scrum Master for two squads of highly qualified developers and testers, you will play important role in ensuring adoption of the agile way of working inspired by Spotify’s engineering culture. The most common tasks are expected to be:
