Solution Specialist - Sales

We’re growing fast and are looking for a Solution Specialist to work with our global customers on high value pre-sales and adoption engagements on both a strategic and tactical level. You will work in our Sales team in Copenhagen and will refer to the Sales Director.

  • Perform online and on-site product demonstrations, showing how LEAPWORK can solve the prospects’ challenges
  • Engage with customers and partners to help them get maximum benefit from LEAPWORK
  • Participate and represent LEAPWORK at relevant conferences as a speaker, panelist, and on the floor
  • Support marketing, sales, and adoption efforts by producing and maintaining materials for training, presentations, and more.

  • Curios and always keen to learn. Your curiosity drives you to understand the customers' pains and to identify solutions

Your professional qualifications include:

  • A strong track record in customer-facing B2B pre-sales
  • Extensive experience with process automation, software quality assurance (testing) or DevOps, which has given you a deep understanding of both developing and deploying enterprise software
  • An excellent understanding of the challenges and stakeholders involved in software development and deployment within the organization – from business owners to IT operations
  • Strong on-site presentation skills
  • Fluent in professional written and verbal English and Danish. Proficiency in German or French is an advantage
  • A BS/MS in Computer Science or another technical field

You are expected to work primarily during European business hours from LEAPWORK’s office in Copenhagen. However, due to the global nature of the business, some work must also be performed during US business hours.
