Student Assistant for HR Talent Acquisition (10 - 15 hours / week)

In this role, you will focus on building a strong pipeline of top talents in co-operation with the the HR Team you will be part of. You will have at strong impact on achieving our strategies and meeting our business objectives through attracting the right candidates.

You will be working with developing and executing successful talent acquisition practices with focus on direct sourcing via social media. This role will support the talent acquisition approach, with a focus on ensuring a high quality and a consistent candidate experience. You will help building an effective external talent pool.

Your job will contain these tasks in teamwork with Head of HR:

  • Ensuring the success of our sourcing strategy
  • Facilitate the Talent Acquisition together with our managers, helping through clear processes, tools and being clear of our demands for all positions.
  • Find, engage, attract, both active and passive talents from LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools and manage the feedback process, including rejection and shortlist.
  • Analyze candidate profiles against job requirements to identify the best candidates for our business needs.
  • Work to identify and anticipate the hiring needs of managers, and develop sustainable talent pipelines (identifying, approaching and shortlisting potential talent and towards reaching a successful hiring outcome).
  • Research and gather insights on hiring and functional/market intelligence to enhance the level of business engagement.

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition within a global environment.
  • Like to gain experience with direct sourcing strategies and execution.
  • Understanding of talent management and how talent acquisition enables great talent management.
  • Comfortable in developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive for results – driven to deliver top quality results with a sense of urgency
  • As a person you are positive and a team player
  • You have high quality in your work
  • Interested in people, understanding what drives them.
