✨ Leapwork Elegance Design
The Leapwork Elegance Design reimagines how automation feels inside Leapwork Studio, not just how it looks. It’s a complete redesign of the flow-building experience, built around clarity, focus, and control.
What’s new in practice:
-
A redesigned flow canvas that prioritizes readability and focus. Improved spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy make complex automations easier to interpret and maintain.
-
An evolved block system with simplified headers, and a clearer structure for reusable components. Each block communicates its purpose visually and consistently, reducing noise on the canvas.
-
The new Inspector Panel centralizes all block attributes and configurations. Users can adjust and reorganize properties intuitively without overloading the flow view.
-
Improved smart navigation and editing tools, including enhanced wire-guides, refined alignment and better layout feedback for cleaner, faster flow design.
-
Enhanced error and event-handling flows, enabling users to manage exceptions directly on the canvas through dedicated event-driven blocks, paving the way for future logic and automation control.
-
A theme-based, future-ready foundation supporting performance improvements and consistency across components.
🚨New Features
Salesforce Fusion Recorder: Now generally available!
Salesforce Fusion Recorder is officially GA, offering a full record, edit, and run experience across Salesforce environments. This marks a leap in reliability, accuracy, and usability.
New building blocks include:
-
Expand/Collapse block: Capture expand/collapse actions in Salesforce menus or sections.
-
Get block: Fetch values from text, dropdowns, checkboxes, toggles, or grid elements. Logs now show actual vs. expected values.
-
Validate block: Validate states with clarity (checked/unchecked, on/off). Studio and Recorder now show actual state, with detailed run log outcomes.
-
Select Row block: Capture and replay row selections in Salesforce grids by index, text, or unique ID. Editable in-recorder, saved to Studio, with clear run log feedback.
- Set (type) - Press Enter: Automatically simulates pressing Enter after typing.
-
Grid actions support: Capture and replay clicks, typing, dropdowns, checkbox states, validations, and get operations in Salesforce grids.
-
Editable in Recorder, reusable in Studio, with clear run log outcomes.
Fusion migration to Salesforce flows
Migrate existing Leapwork Salesforce flows into Salesforce Fusion directly from Studio. Non-Fusion blocks are automatically converted, simplifying modernization and adoption of the Fusion engine.
Dynamics 365 warehouse management app support
Leapwork now supports automation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management Application version 4.
This enables end-to-end automation of warehouse operations such as inventory tracking, receiving, picking, packing, and outbound processing, replacing OCR-based workarounds with native object-level automation for improved accuracy and stability.
With this release, Leapwork provides comprehensive and production-ready support for Microsoft’s Warehouse Management Application, empowering customers to streamline logistics processes with precision and reliability.
🛠️ Feature Enhancements
Dynamics 365 F&O Fusion Recorder
- Close Browser block: Terminates browser sessions opened during test runs, ensuring environments are reset and clean. Run logs show clear success/failure.
-
Close Recorder option: New button to exit recording sessions quickly.
-
Multi-display support: Full recording/execution across multiple monitors with correct element detection.
-
Expanded Get/Validate coverage: Includes toggles, checkboxes, and process wait messages.
-
Set (type): Now, the input gets displayed in the recorder as the user enters in the application without having to change focus.
- Set value by attribute: Allows the user to set the dropdown value either by text or index from studio.
- Improved block behavior and run log clarity: More intuitive logs across Click, Set, Get, Validate, Select Row, Login, etc.
Automatic updates of browser drivers
Leapwork Studio now runs on Selenium 4.34, bringing a smoother, maintenance-free experience to web automation.
With this update, browser drivers are handled automatically in the background, even if WebDriver files already exist in Studio or Agent folders.
There’s no manual setup, no version conflicts, and no maintenance required. Tests just run, reliably and consistently, every time.
