Download and import ServiceNow automation samples

LEAPWORK's ServiceNow package contains 13 standard components for you to get started with easy ServiceNow automation.

The package also contains a number of sample flows demonstrating how to use the standard components.

All of the elements come in a zip file that can be imported into your existing installation of the LEAPWORK Automation Platform.

Importing the package

To import the package to LEAPWORK, follow these steps:

1. In the Asset menu, choose a location for the package. It can be any folder or at the root of the tree structure.
   
2. Right-click in the menu and select “Import”.
3. In the File-Open dialog, select the downloaded zip file and press “Open”.
4. In the Import dialog, keep the selection (all selected) and click “Import".
   
   
5. Click “OK”.
   
   

The ServiceNow package is now imported into the asset menu, and you can start playing around with the sample flows and the standard components.

Please note: In some version of LEAPWORK, the “ServiceNow Components” folder is named “Components” and the components inside are all located in the root of this folder.
