Running BrowserStack Local with LEAPWORK

The LEAPWORK Automation Platform enables easy use of remote machines to execute your test cases.

Part of this is to use cloud-hosted providers like Sauce Labs and BrowserStack to handle all the environments where you execute your test cases. This way you don't have to host and maintain all the permutations of version, operating systems and browsers in your own infrastructure.

Browsers started through Sauce Lab and BrowserStack can access both publicly available web sites and websites running behind a firewall. LEAPWORK supports running BrowserStack locally which works by routing all requests from the browser running at BrowserStack
through the local computer. This means all requests from the BrowserStack browser will be handled as if it was running in
a browser on the local computer thereby giving it access to internal test sites, local DNS's etc.
