Typos do happen – but how do we handle them from a test perspective? Well, there are basically 2 ways: either we fail a test if the text is not spelled correctly or we make the test independent of the typos in order to continue testing other parts of the application. It comes down to the actual scenario.
In this video we will demonstrate how to repeatedly select an element on a web page no matter if the text in the element contains any typos.
