Start SAP Session

A Start SAP Session building block is used to start a new SAP session for existing connection when working with an SAP GUI automation.

Fully expanded, the Start SAP Session block shows the following properties:

 

The Block Header ("Start SAP Session")

The green input connector in the header is used to trigger the block to start executing.

The green output connector in the header triggers when an SAP session has been opened and connected successfully.

The title of the block (“Start SAP Session”) can be changed by double-clicking on it and typing in a new title.

Connection

This property is used to pass the SAP connection details for existing connection.

Session

This property is used to support multi-session functionality of an SAP.

Error Occurred

If the "Start SAP Session" returns an error during execution you can use this output connector to branch your flow.
