What data do you share through the Customer Portal?

Through Leapwork’s Customer Portal, you gain access to key insights about how you’re using the platform and, in turn, share valuable data with us. This helps us tailor your experience, boost performance, and provide the tools you need to get the most out of Leapwork. Let’s break down the types of data you’re sharing:

1. Customer Information

Details about the customer's account and platform usage.

  • Account ID: A unique identifier that represents the customer’s account.
  • Name: The name of the customer or the organization.
  • IsActive: Indicates whether the customer’s account is active (True/False).
  • IsDeleted: Indicates whether the customer’s account has been deleted (True/False).
  • HasWindows: Shows whether the customer is using the Windows platform (True/False).

2. RunFlow Information

Information about the workflows the customer runs.

  • RunFlow ID: A unique identifier for the specific flow run by the customer.
  • Flow Name: The name of the flow that is executed.
  • Flow ID: Another unique identifier for the flow itself.
  • Agent ID: A unique identifier for the agent executing the flow.
  • Agent Name: The name of the agent performing the execution.
  • Start Time: The timestamp indicating when the flow execution started.
  • Run Time: The total time it took to complete the flow.
  • Result: The outcome of the flow (e.g., success or failure).
  • Schedule ID: Identifies if the flow is part of a scheduled task.

3. Scheduling Information

Data on tasks scheduled by the customer.

  • Scheduled ID: A unique identifier for scheduled events or tasks initiated by the customer.
  • RunList ID: An identifier for the list of runs executed as part of a schedule.
  • Name: The name associated with the scheduled task.
  • OnDemand: Indicates whether the task was triggered manually by the customer (True/False).
  • Start Time: The timestamp when the scheduled task began.

4. Users Information

Information about users and their relationship with teams.

  • User ID: A unique identifier for each user.
  • Team ID: A unique identifier for the team the user belongs to.
  • Name: The name of the user.
  • Role: The user’s role within the platform, represented as an integer value.
  • User Type: Classification of the user, indicated by a numeric value.
  • IsDeleted: Indicates whether the user has been deleted (True/False).
  • Last Activity Date: The last time the user was active on the platform.

Why Is This Data Important?

By sharing this data, you’re helping us create a smoother experience for you. The main reason we collect this data is to generate the dashboards available in the Reports section of the Customer Portal.

These dashboards give you actionable insights, helping you monitor your usage, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.
